 Exhibitor Intructions / Guidance
    list_marker  There are no hidden fees, all prices include tables, chairs, pipe & drape, skirting, 110 volt electricity (upon request), 2 exhibitor badges per booth,  You must bring your own extension cords.  We recommend 15ft length cords or longer.
   

list_marker  Exhbitor / Sponsor package deliveries will be accepted by the Hotel starting Wednesday, October 29, 2008.  Please label all packages "SMARTPROC Conference".  Please ensure arrangements are made for Post Show pickup.   Hotel address is:

    list_marker  Exhibitor break down is 3:00 PM, Friday, October 31, 2008.  For safety purposes, please do not break down earlier than 3:00 PM. 
    list_marker  Exhibitor Halls open at 7:30 AM, October 31, 2008     Continental Breakfast, refreshments, and networking lunch will be in the exhibit halls.
    list_marker  If reserving overnight accomodations at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, you must reserve by September 30, 2008 to ensure room availability and receive the conference discount rate.  Mention 'SMARTPROC Conference" when reserving you room.
